A trilingual (IT, EN, DK) editorial and photographic project documenting the uncodified work of rural communities in the Susa Valley. It serves as a primary proof of concept for our methodology: translating prolonged observation and structural listening into a premium cultural asset.

FROM ARTISAN QUALITY TO A MORE STRUCTURED GROWTH PATH.
Bellacomba is a family-run artisan business rooted in the woods of Rubiana, at 900 meters in the Susa Valley. Their work is shaped by a constant effort to protect quality, keep the brand closely tied to its place of origin, and preserve a clear identity across the product line. The packaging and the visual language reflect the same discipline: careful work and great passion.
OPERATIONAL FRICTION
As the business grew, the owner needed a clearer basis to decide how to prioritize effort across the activities driving the business. The challenge was keeping production, sales, and product development aligned while sharpening margin analysis, product evaluation, and the focus needed to support future growth.
SOLUTION PROVIDED
We introduced a clearer framework for day-to-day decisions, combining margin analysis, new sales software, and tailored Excel files to keep the numbers readable. Short, focused interventions helped the owner develop new product lines, add two part-time team members, and create a shared workspace laboratory that centralized costs, lowered the burden for each participant, and made the overall business more sustainable.
